Access to the location was restricted, and the crew had only 4 hours on the ground to capture the full logistics chain and interview beneficiaries without disrupting operations.

02. The Execution
We deployed a specialized 2-person "Run & Gun" unit. Using wireless lavs and handheld gimbals, we moved with the workers. A drone operator captured the scale of the convoy from outside the restricted zone.
